Why? Because instead of the truck breaking down on our date night last nite, it acted up just as we were pulling into our neighborhood. We knew there was something wrong but were not sure what and now we knew...plus it happened on a Saturday so we could get it fixed and have it back in time for work on Monday..all good things!
So anyway...we got the call that it was fixed around 1ish and we packed up ,went and got the truck and then headed to the beach. The water was crystal clear and so blue it looked like a post card. We stayed just long enough to get some color on our cheeks and sand between our toes.
After showers and the debate over what to eat we choose to go out. Rib City won. We were going to rent movies and cook on the grill but every movie we tried to rent was not available. After dinner we took a stroll over to Books-A-Million and Vic bought me the cutest credit card case!
What a wonderful life! I'm off to get some snuggle time in, sweet dreams and happy Saturday Night!

I'm so jealous you got to go to the beach! I grew up in Sarasota (mostly) but live smack in the middle of the state now. I don't get to visit Siesta much these days. It looks like you had a great time!
