Name Game

Since all my other fur children came pre-named the only one I got to name was our newest baby. Since we had adopted his father (Dexter) we thought it was only fitting to call him Dexter Junior and call him DJ for short.

An old favorite of mine. My nephew is now in college but was such a cute little boy back in the day...

Odd Facts About Me

1. I was born in North Dakota


2. I have Avascular necrosis and have had both hips replaced (I'm only 42).

3. I have a cat named Pony boy .

4. I have two yellow labs and two long haired miniature dachshunds that I call my fur children.

5. I color coordinate the clothes in my closet

6. I have had my nipples and nose pierced before but took them out.

7. It took being married three times before finally realizing that being a lesbian was an option.

8. I record All my children every day.

9. I prefer texting to actually talking to most people.

10. I have not been back for any of my class reunions.

11. I could eat chicken for every meal, every day

12. I have lived in North Dakota, Minnesota, Missouri, Illinois,Georgia, Nebraska and now Florida.

13. I went to college in Atlanta Ga and majored in Interior Design

14. I miss my first foster baby every day

15. I still write old classmates/friends birthdays on my calendars every year even if we have not spoken in years.

16. I met my partner online.
 
17. I love the smell of baby lotion and baby powder.
 
18. I rarely make my bed, but love it when I do.

Best Friends...

My best friend from fourth grade on is in town visiting and I am having such a great time catching up with her. It's been a few years since we've seen each other but you'd never know it. There is something so purely beautiful about best friends.....
